ASKED QUESTIONS

A concise introduction to the MA-UNI project, its current development stage, and the opportunities for future technological, industrial and investment collaboration.

The prototype exists.
The next question is what can be built from it.

01 / THE PROJECT

UNDERSTANDING
MA-UNI

What is MA-UNI?

MA-UNI is an independently developed deep-tech project focused on the development of a humanoid robot platform combining robotics, artificial intelligence, engineering, software and an original physical design concept.

The humanoid robot is the first physical expression of a broader MA-UNI technology and creative ecosystem.

Who created MA-UNI?

MA-UNI was conceived and developed by its founder and creator, an independent Bulgarian designer, engineer and developer.

The project has been developed independently across concept, mechanical and structural design, electronics, software, 3D modelling and fabrication, assembly and physical integration.

Is MA-UNI only a concept?

No. A full-scale physical humanoid prototype has been built. It represents a physical implementation of the MA-UNI design and mechanical concept.

The current prototype is not presented as a finished industrial product. It is the physical foundation for further development.

What has the current prototype demonstrated?

The prototype demonstrates that the MA-UNI humanoid architecture, proportions, articulated body concept and visual identity can be translated from an original concept into a physical object.

It also demonstrates the ability to develop and fabricate a complex physical prototype independently using accessible technologies.

What is the current development stage?

MA-UNI is currently at the transition between an independently developed physical prototype and a more advanced engineering development program.

The existing prototype provides a starting architecture. The next stage would involve professional engineering, advanced actuation, electronics, sensing, software, AI, testing and manufacturing development.

02 / TECHNOLOGY

TECHNOLOGY
& DEVELOPMENT

What is technically distinctive about MA-UNI?

The project combines an original humanoid design philosophy with a physically developed articulated architecture.

The objective is not simply to reproduce an existing humanoid form, but to establish a distinctive physical and technological platform that can evolve through future engineering development.

What role does AI play in MA-UNI?

AI is part of the planned intelligent humanoid stage of development. Potential areas include perception, language, learning, decision-making, recognition and autonomous interaction.

The current physical prototype should therefore be understood as the mechanical and physical foundation rather than as a completed AI humanoid system.

What has not yet been solved?

The current prototype does not represent a finished industrial robot.

Further development would need to address industrial-grade actuators, structural strength and durability, precision motion control, advanced sensors, power management, safety systems, AI integration, manufacturing, reliability testing and certification or compliance requirements.

What would the next engineering stage involve?

The next stage would involve refinement of the mechanical architecture, industrial actuation, stronger materials, improved joints, integrated electronics, embedded computing, sensors, motion control and system-level engineering.

The objective would be to determine how the existing physical concept can be transformed into a robust, scalable and commercially viable technology platform.

Does MA-UNI require a multidisciplinary team?

Yes.

Development beyond the current prototype would require multiple areas of expertise, including robotics, mechanical engineering, electronics, software, AI, industrial design, manufacturing and product development.

The goal is therefore to bring together complementary capabilities rather than depend on a single technology supplier.

03 / INDEPENDENT DEVELOPMENT

WHY WAS IT
DEVELOPED
INDEPENDENTLY?

Why has MA-UNI been developed independently?

The project began as an independent creative and technological initiative.

Developing the initial architecture independently made it possible to explore the concept freely and transform it into a physical prototype without first requiring a large industrial organization.

Why is there not yet a large development team?

The existing prototype was developed independently. The project has now reached a stage where further progress would benefit from specialized engineering, AI, robotics, manufacturing and commercial expertise.

The next objective is therefore not to remain a one-person development effort, but to establish the appropriate technical and strategic partnerships around the existing foundation.

What has been achieved with limited resources?

The project has progressed from an original conceptual direction to a full-scale physical humanoid prototype through independent design, engineering, digital modelling, fabrication, assembly and programming.

This demonstrates development capability and persistence, while also making clear why the next stage requires substantially greater resources and specialized expertise.

Why not simply continue developing it alone?

The current prototype demonstrates what can be achieved independently.

The next level of humanoid robotics requires industrial engineering, advanced components, specialized knowledge, testing infrastructure and manufacturing capabilities that are more efficiently developed through collaboration.

04 / INVESTMENT & BUSINESS

FROM PROTOTYPE
TO PLATFORM

Is MA-UNI looking for investors?

Yes.

Investment is one potential route for enabling the next stage of development, particularly engineering, team formation, advanced components, prototyping, testing, IP protection and commercial development.

The objective is not simply to finance another prototype, but to develop the existing foundation into a professionally engineered technology platform.

Is MA-UNI looking for technology partners?

Yes.

Potential cooperation may include robotics, AI, electronics, software, sensors, actuation, industrial engineering and other technological capabilities required for the next generation of the platform.

Is MA-UNI looking for industrial partners?

Yes.

Industrial cooperation may become important for materials, manufacturing processes, tooling, assembly, quality control, testing and future production scaling.

What would investment be used for?

Potential areas include engineering team development, mechanical redesign, industrial actuators, electronics, sensors, AI and software development, prototype manufacturing, testing and validation, intellectual property protection and business development.

What is the potential commercial direction?

The long-term opportunity is not necessarily limited to one humanoid robot product.

Potential areas include robotics products, software and MA-UNIX, licensing, education, creative products, media and other applications built around the broader MA-UNI ecosystem.

What kind of investment partner would be most useful?

The most valuable partner would not necessarily be the largest investor.

Strategic value may come from a combination of capital, technical expertise, industry access, company-building experience, manufacturing capabilities and international networks.

05 / PARTNERSHIP

WHAT KIND OF
PARTNERSHIP
IS NEEDED?

What types of partners could work with MA-UNI?

Potential partners include robotics companies, AI and software companies, manufacturers, technology entrepreneurs, investors, research and engineering organizations, and creative or commercial partners.

Does a partner need to participate in the entire project?

No.

Different partners can contribute to different parts of the development program.

A partnership may focus on one subsystem, engineering development, manufacturing, investment, licensing, commercialization or another specific capability.

What does MA-UNI offer a potential partner?

MA-UNI offers an independently developed concept, an existing physical prototype, an original design direction and a broader technology and creative ecosystem that can be developed further through collaboration.

What is the long-term vision?

The long-term vision is to develop MA-UNI from a physical humanoid concept into a broader technology platform and ecosystem combining humanoid robotics, AI, software, MA-UNIX, products, licensing, education, creative work and strategic partnerships.

What is MA-UNI's approach to collaboration?

The objective is to establish relationships in which each partner contributes capabilities that are genuinely useful to the next stage of development.

Collaboration is therefore viewed as a way to combine complementary expertise around an existing physical foundation.

06 / DIRECT QUESTIONS

THE QUESTIONS
THAT MATTER

Is the current prototype a finished humanoid robot product?

No.

It is a development prototype and physical proof of concept. It demonstrates the physical direction and architecture of MA-UNI, but substantial engineering and technological development remains before an industrial product could be considered.

Does the prototype prove that MA-UNI can become a commercial product?

No.

The prototype does not prove commercial viability. It proves that the starting physical concept can be realized. Commercial viability would need to be established through further engineering, testing, market validation, manufacturing and business development.

What is the biggest challenge now?

The central challenge is moving from an independently created physical foundation to a professionally engineered and scalable robotics platform.

This requires the right combination of technical expertise, industrial capabilities, development resources and strategic direction.

Why should an investor look at MA-UNI now?

The project has already moved beyond a purely conceptual stage. There is a physical foundation to evaluate, while the major industrial and technological development opportunity still lies ahead.

For the right partner, this creates an opportunity to participate at the point where an independently developed concept could begin its transition toward a serious technology platform.

What would be the next practical step for an interested investor or partner?

The first step would be a conversation about the project, its current state, the intended development direction and the capabilities that would be required for the next stage.

A more detailed technical discussion, review of development materials and live demonstration can then be arranged where appropriate.

How can a potential partner or investor get involved?
