THE FOUNDING
PRINCIPLES

The identity, philosophy and partnership principles of the MA-UNI platform.

MA-UNI is not only a humanoid robot. It is an evolving platform for artificial presence.

Introduction

Why This Document Exists

MA-UNI was created as an independent exploration of a new relationship between technology, the human body and artificial presence.

As the project evolves through engineering, design, artificial intelligence and future commercial collaborations, one question becomes fundamental:

What should always remain MA-UNI?

This document answers that question.

It defines the principles that guide every future collaboration, technology contribution and commercial direction developed under the MA-UNI platform.

Principle I

Identity Before Technology

MA-UNI is a platform, not a single product.

The project is intentionally broader than one humanoid robot, one prototype or one generation of technology.

It is an evolving platform capable of expanding across robotics, artificial intelligence, design, education, entertainment, healthcare and future applications that do not yet exist.

PLATFORM A long-term ecosystem rather than a single machine.
IDENTITY One recognizable artificial presence across generations.
EVOLUTION Every generation extends the platform.
CONTINUITY The philosophy remains coherent while technology evolves.
Principle II

Founder Stewardship

MA-UNI originates from the independent work of its founder.

The founder remains the long-term steward of the platform's identity, vision and philosophy.

The founder's role is not only to invent MA-UNI. The founder's role is to preserve its direction while allowing it to evolve.
Principle III

The MA-UNI Name

NON-NEGOTIABLE

The MA-UNI name represents the identity of the platform and the registered company under which the project is developed.

The MA-UNI brand is not transferred through investment, partnership or technology development agreements.

MA-UNI Founder-owned identity and company name.
BRAND Visual identity and public recognition.
PHILOSOPHY Core concept and long-term direction.
PLATFORM The umbrella under which collaborations exist.
Partnerships may build with MA-UNI. Partnerships do not become MA-UNI.
Principle IV

Partnerships Create Value

MA-UNI seeks partners that contribute expertise, engineering, manufacturing, AI, design, storytelling and commercialization.

Every collaboration should increase the capabilities of the platform while preserving its identity.

ENGINEERING Mechanical systems, actuators and electronics.
ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE Embodied AI, perception and interaction.
DESIGN Industrial design, character design and physical identity.
COMMERCIALIZATION Manufacturing, distribution and new markets.
A partner contributes capabilities. MA-UNI connects them into one ecosystem.
Principle V

Innovation Belongs to Innovators

MA-UNI encourages independent technological innovation developed by partner organizations.

Examples include new movement mechanisms, actuators, sensors, embedded systems, AI software, materials or manufacturing technologies.

PARTNER TECHNOLOGY Independent inventions created by collaborators.
JOINT DEVELOPMENT Technologies developed together under defined agreements.
LICENSING Technology may be licensed into the MA-UNI platform.
CORE IDENTITY Separate from technology ownership.
Innovation expands MA-UNI. Innovation does not redefine MA-UNI.
Principle VI

One Platform. Many Futures.

MA-UNI is designed as an ecosystem capable of supporting multiple independent directions.

MA-UNI Robotics Humanoid systems and embodied intelligence.
MA-UNI Film Characters, practical effects and storytelling.
MA-UNI Fashion Display systems and artificial bodies.
MA-UNI Education Museums, learning and public interaction.
MA-UNI Healthcare Future human-centered applications.
Future Industries Applications not yet imagined.
The humanoid is one application. Artificial presence is the larger vision.
Principle VII

Human-Oriented Design

Design is not decoration applied after engineering.

Mechanical architecture, body design and human perception are developed together.

LIGHTWEIGHT Architecture designed for efficiency and safety.
MODULAR Built for continuous evolution.
PASSIVE SAFETY Physical architecture contributes to coexistence.
IDENTITY A recognizable artificial presence.
The body is part of the technology.
Principle VIII

Built for Evolution

Every generation of MA-UNI should extend the platform rather than replace its identity.

Technology will change. Materials will change. Artificial intelligence will change. Applications will change.

Identity remains. The platform evolves.

MA-UNI exists to explore a future where intelligent machines are designed not only for function, but for coexistence, perception and human experience.

FOUNDING DECLARATION

THE PLATFORM
COMES FIRST

MA-UNI welcomes collaboration. MA-UNI encourages innovation. MA-UNI grows through partnership. MA-UNI remains MA-UNI.

Human-oriented by design. Built for evolution.
